At Laptop Fan Replacement, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following return policy.
60-Day Guarantee for Defective Fans
We offer a 60-day guarantee for any defective fans. If your fan is defective, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and will either replace the fan or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a reshipment of the correct item or a replacement of the damaged item, at no additional cost to you.
We will refund your order within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number, as we are unable to stop the shipment after it has been processed. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the tracking number, you can choose one of the following options:
- We will refund you 20% of the item price as a cancellation fee.
- You can return the item to us at your expense for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any items that have been used or damaged by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional details or documentation, such as photos of the damaged item.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
